The short version: OddsIQ sells access to real historical-probability research on football matches. It is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not guarantee outcomes. You must be 18+, and all actual betting happens with your own licensed bookmaker, entirely separate from us.
1. Who we are
OddsIQ ("we", "us", "OddsIQ") operates the website at oddsiq.org.za and provides a subscription research service to help users evaluate football betting markets using historical statistical models. OddsIQ is based in South Africa. We are not currently a registered company — we operate as we build out the business, and will update this section with full registration details once that's complete.
2. What the service is — and isn't
- OddsIQ provides statistical research and probability analysis on football matches, generated from historical data models.
- OddsIQ does not accept wagers, hold betting funds, place bets on your behalf, or act as a bookmaker or gambling operator in any way.
- Nothing on this site is financial or gambling advice. Every number we publish is a historical probability estimate, not a prediction or a guarantee of any outcome.
- All betting activity you choose to undertake happens directly between you and your own licensed bookmaker, under that bookmaker's own terms — entirely outside of OddsIQ.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OddsIQ. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that gambling is legal for you in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- OddsIQ is offered as a paid monthly subscription across multiple tiers, priced and described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Payments are processed by PayFast, a third-party South African payment processor. OddsIQ does not directly receive, view, or store your full card or bank details — that information is handled entirely by PayFast under its own security and privacy terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us (details below) if something's gone wrong and we'll work it out with you directly.
5. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell, redistribute, or systematically republish OddsIQ's data or analysis outside your own personal use. Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or its pricing.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
Historical probability is not a promise of what will happen. Betting always carries real risk of financial loss, regardless of how the odds compare to our numbers. 8. Changes to these terms
